2026 – week 17

I had a go at shooting cricket over the weekend.

It’s not something I’m really equipped for, as it requires a very long lens to get close to the action. Even at about 400mm, this is a heavily cropped shot.

I enjoyed the attempt, but I don’t think I’ll be investing in a long telephoto lens as I’d get limited use out of it.
